The O2T program aims to 1) increase the knowledge, confidence and skills of youth in making informed decisions regarding sexual behavior, 2) increase engagement with parents/care givers regarding sexual development and activity, 3) assist youth in identifying an environmental network of resources to support their decision-making through their sexual development, and 4) reduce adverse health outcomes among youth. Expected long-term outcomes include a decrease in the number of sexually active teens, the number of teen pregnancies, and the rates of STIs/STDs among teens living in small cities and rural PA.
